Its
function is to mix the components of the glue that will
join the wood plates to the boards; this operation is
made in a tank of stainless steel with a pre-determined
capacity according to the model of the machine and the
necessities of each client.
The mixing process takes place in a stainless steel axis
that, when introduced into a deposit receiver, incorporates
an aluminum helix to homogenously mix all the products
in the glue: flour, water, resin, etc. This axis is sustained
on a tree where the motor rotates on an axis in order
to mix the glue. The deposit mixer contains a safety that
prevents access to the interior when the mixer is working.
