TRIMMINGS FOR BOARDS

The trimming of boards is made up of different elements that in combination make up the machine itself. These machines could not work by themselves, for this reason, they are assembled to create a single machine in charge of cleaning the sides of boards after the press operation, eliminating the plate leftover without the board undergoing any alteration in its dimensions and their perimeter.

The board is introduced in the trimmer and is dragged by straps that hold it firmly, and at the same time, four blades are in charge of trimming the excess from the plate without making an imperfection on the board. First, the cross-sectional part of the board will be cleaned, and then the longitudinal side. When the board is perfectly clean it will be sandpapered and stored. The two operations are made consecutively in a quick process to produce great agility in all parts of the machine.

All these maneuvers are made automatically without intervention of any worker.
