Equipped
with four rollers, two spreaders and two dispensers, the
boards between the glue spreaders themselves are covered
with a synthetic rubber of suitable hardness at a set
distance to the surface to uniformly distribute the glue
on the surface of the board.
The
roller dispensers of smaller diameter and greater hardness
are adjusted on the glue spreader to provide them with
the necessary amount of glue. The opening movement for
the superior spread rollers takes place mechanically in
a motorized way.
The
power transmission for the rollers is made by a moto-reducing
of gears that drives the chain that rotates the cardan
joints to unite the rollers with the drag mechanism. It
has a stainless steel tray to collect the remains produced
during the process.
