Inferior
contact of a single band of sandpaper and Superior Contact
with two integrated bands of sandpaper in the same machine.
The contact rollers are covered with synthetic rubber
with a hardness of 40 Shores, to guarantee optimal finishing.
Each one of them is driven by an independent motor.
The stabilization of the bands is obtained by means of
electrical photocells that read the band and drive the
stabilizing cylinder sandpaper, obtaining a continuous
and rhythmic movement of the band.
The
drag boards to the sandpaper is made by means of polyurethane
rollers, which are ideal to obtain a good hold of boards,
being at its highest durability. It has, for the operation
of the rollers of drag, a moto-reducing of gears.
A digital visualizer placed in the control panel, indicates
the thickness of the boards to sandpaper at any moment.
