a single band of sandpaper, the roller of contact is covered
with a synthetic rubber of 40 Shores of hardness to reach
an optimal sandpaper finish . A high power motor is installed
to drive the contact roller.
The drag boards are made of rollers which are covered
with polyurethane, material that it provides excellent
hold and a high durability . In order to drive the drag
rollers there is a moto-reducer with suitable power. The
turn speed of the rollers is controlled by a frequency
converter, that we can easily adjust from the control
panel of the machine.
In the control center of the machine, we will find, in
addition to all the necessary controls for handling, an
electronic visualizer that indicates the thickness of
the board. Also, there is a board counter and an acoustic
warning device that controls the number of boards to be
sandpapered.
